Who we are
Hope on the Move Foundation was created with a simple belief: awareness matters, presence matters, and showing up for our communities can make a real difference.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness for brain cancer, breast cancer, and cancer as a whole through meaningful community engagement. Our work centers around a custom-designed semi-truck that we use as a mobile awareness display. It allows us to participate in events such as cancer walks /runs, relays, parades, hospital outreach days, and community fundraisers.
Our mission is twofold. First, we aim to create visibility by starting conversations, honoring those affected by cancer, and reminding communities that they are not alone. Second, we strive to actively support the organizations and events we partner with by helping amplify their fundraising and awareness efforts. When we attend an event, our goal is not to take focus, but to strengthen the message and support the cause being highlighted.
Hope on the Move Foundation is a newly established organization, built from firsthand experience within the cancer community and a desire to give back in a meaningful, tangible way. We are committed to keeping our participation accessible and affordable, with any fees intended solely to offset travel and operating costs so the foundation can continue serving communities year after year.
At its core, Hope on the Move Foundation exists to move hope forward one mile, one event, and one partnership at a time.
